This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between BTS (Operated by GWOP, Co.), a Delaware C-Corp, having its principal place of business at 1111b South Governors Avenue STE 7980, Dover, DE, 19904 US ("BTS," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and each Buyer and Seller who uses the BTS platform or services (collectively, "Users," "you," or "your").
By accessing or using the BTS platform, website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide you with accurate content, we make no guarantees, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, with respect to professional qualifications, expertise, quality of work of the Sellers, or in respect to any other content available through the Service. In no event shall we be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on any such content. Furthermore, we do not in any way endorse or recommend any individual or entity listed or accessible through the Service. “Content” means content, text, data, graphics, images, photographs, video, audio, information, suggestions, guidance, and other materials provided, made available, or otherwise found through the Service, including, without limitation, Content provided in direct response to your questions or postings.
