How to File Complaints for Illegal or Prohibited Content

At BTS, we take reports of illegal content seriously. If you come across content on our platform that you believe violates the law or our Terms of Use, please follow these steps:

1. Reporting Illegal or Prohibited Content

If you come across content on BTS that you believe is illegal or violates our Terms of Use, you can report it through one of the following methods:

  1. Using the "Report" function on the content page: Click the "Report" button directly on the content page in question, and outline the details of your complaint in the email. Please include:

    1. A detailed description of the illegal content or complaint in question;
    2. The location (URL or description) of the content on BTS;
    3. Your contact information (name, email, phone number).
  2. Submit a complaint via the Complaint Form: You can also use our Complaint Submission Form to report the content. Please provide all relevant details, including the specific content and why you believe it is illegal or violates our Terms of Use.

  3. Submit a complaint via email: Contact us directly at [email protected]. Be sure to include as much detail as possible, including any relevant URLs, a description of the content, and why you believe it violates the law or our Terms of Use.
